Meet The Team: Khristina Givens

When paths cross, and passions align, you must jump at the opportunity to have someone like Khristina on your team. Since certifying as a doula and joining the Vegas Family Doulas Team, Khristina has supported families with over 500 hours of support and continues to lead new parents with understanding and relatability.
As your postpartum doula, Khristina supports you on the beautiful journey into parenthood. Khristina wants the clients she supports to consider her an extension of a friend or family group—one with extensive knowledge of infant care, emotional and physical recovery from birth, and bonding. Khristina will be a part of your internal support network, providing comfort, patience, and understanding. Moreso, Khristina’s warm and open personality brings out the vulnerability new parents seek to express without the stigma or judgments from other close ones.

Before her calling to be a doula, Khristina obtained her degree in the Culinary Arts. As life changed and she began to build her family, Khristina’s passion for helping women with breastfeeding and lactation grew. Khristina became a Certified Love and Support Peer Counselor for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). She attended classes for Certified Lactation Educators (CLE) through CAPPA. Khristina has helped organize events for World Breastfeeding Week and several breastfeeding webinars. As her passion for support grew, Khristina became a Certified ProDoula Postpartum & Infant Care Doula and has served many families in the Las Vegas Valley since 2021.
When Khristina is not supporting a family as a doula, she cares for her three amazing children. On other days, she’ll be in the nearest Sephora buying up the latest makeup, searching for the next best restaurant, kickboxing, and spending time with her friends and family. Khristina’s vibrant love for life and her fair demeanor of Libra seamlessly bridge the gap between professionalism and friendship.
